Programs

Choose the outreach program that fits your agency, whether you want targeted call lists, professionally managed mailers, or a combination of both.

Verified Leads — Homeowner names and phone numbers for Xdate consumers with an upcoming renewal. Call list programs require a minimum of 500 contacts and can be scaled, based on your outreach goals. We can also generate and supply a list for potential Financial Services & Life target consumers as well.

Mailers — We work with you to finalize a one-page mail piece, then handle the printing, stuffing, postage, and mailing. Mailer programs require a minimum of 2,500 pieces and can be scaled up based on your target market and goals.

Combined Program — Mail the audience first, then follow up by phone for a stronger multi-touch approach. Combined programs are built around your outreach goals, with a minimum of 2,500 mailers and 500 contacts, and can be scaled up from there.

Why Mail + Calling Works Best Together

Direct mail creates recognition. Follow-up calls work better when the homeowner already recognizes your agency. Used together, the message stays more consistent and the outreach feels more intentional.

Recognition First

Mail helps introduce your agency before the first call ever happens, creating familiarity in the homeowner’s mind.

Better Call Outcomes

Calls are more effective when the homeowner has already seen your agency name through a professionally managed mail campaign.

More Consistent Coverage

Using both channels together helps create steadier visibility across your target areas instead of relying on one touchpoint alone.

Built for Monthly Momentum

Monthly programs help agencies stay visible over time, build familiarity, and create a more dependable outreach rhythm.

For many agencies, the strongest approach is not choosing between mail and phone outreach, but using both together in a consistent monthly program. A mailer helps put your agency in front of the homeowner first, and a follow-up call creates a more familiar and better-timed conversation. While response rates vary by market, message, and follow-up, a multi-touch approach is often a more effective way to build recognition and create steady outreach momentum over time.
